This privacy policy applies to games and apps developed by me, Martin Asteasuain.

• When you purchase our services via any store, like Google Play Store
• If you log in through a social media account, we will collect your basic information, such as your name, profile picture and age
• When you use in-app features, we collect information such as your user name, game progress and gameplay information

  We share your advertisement ID and demographic information about you to provide relevant advertisements to you.

  We may provide your personal information to partners, such as hosting providers, platforms and paying processors.
• When you access social media
  If you connect to our games through social media platforms, we will share personal information to enable your access.

2.3 When is your information disclosed

• If we are required or authorised to disclose by law or by a law enforcement agency.
• to our business partners in the course of providing our Services to you, or generally in the conduct of our business. • to avoid, lessen or prevent a serious emergency or crime. If we use or disclose personal information about you in those circumstances we will make a written record of such use or disclosure.

2.4 Children privacy

This Kids Apps Privacy Policy is appointed to provide the legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 with guidance regarding our privacy policies that concern collecting, using and disclosing personal information of children under 13. Parents and legal guardians of children under 13 have certain rights under Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm), and Minja Studio Inc recognizes those rights. We does not knowingly and directly collect and store on its servers any personal information from children under the age 13 as that would be a violation of COPPA. Some information may be collected by third party providers of services (advertising networks, etc.) or certain products.

2.5 Third party services

The Service includes features from our Partners, such as social media interaction tools and in-game advertising. These Partners may access your data and operate under their own privacy policies as either controllers, or processors acting on our behalf. 2.6 Marketing, In-app purchases and Opting-out

2.6.1 Direct Marketing

Sometimes we will use your information to tell you about our Services and our news, such as new games or merchandise we sell. You can opt-out if you don’t want to receive this information.

2.6.2 In-app Purchase

Some of our games offer in-app purchases. Examples of in-app purchases are items you can purchase (for real or in-game currency) or other additional features. If you don’t want to make in-app purchases, don’t use these paid-for options and consider disabling in-app purchases on your device.

2.6.3 Advertising ID

An advertising ID is a unique ID which gives users better controls and provides developers with a simple, standard system to continue to monetize their apps and ensure customers and given advertising for products and services which match their interests. You can reset your ID at any time via the settings on your mobile device. Collecting your advertising ID helps us understand what your interests are and how we can tailor your experience to match.

Google Android

You can reset your advertising ID by clicking the menu icon to display the apps list, then find and select the Google Settings icon, then find and select "Ads" and selecting "Reset advertising ID".

2.6.4 Opting-out

Ways to opt-out of our Services:

• if we send you an email, there will be an unsubscribe link.
• if we post updates via Facebook you can 'unlike' our page and you will no longer get updates.
• if you receive one of our 'tweets' you can stop following us on Twitter.
• if we use another type of social media you can opt-out using that service.

3. Changes in the Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted here in the present Policy, and we advise you to check back frequently to look for any updates or changes. We shall reserve the right to make changes in this Policy at any time. Please check the Policy each time you use our Platforms to ensure you are aware of any changes in our privacy practices. Our Policy will indicate the data it was last updated. Your continued use of our Platforms will acknowledge your acceptance of changes in our Policy.
